Sarah Phillimore undertakes all aspects of family work including cohabitation claims and applications under TOLATA. 

She has a particular interest in family cases involving aspects of immigration and asylum law and from 1999 to 2003 represented clients in asylum and human rights applications against the Home Office.

In 2008, Sarah spent a year on sabbatical in Perth, Western Australia, where she worked at Paterson and Dowding, a specialist family law firm.
